Horizon ASP Policies

Before and After School Policies

Background Checks: All vendors participating with the Before & After School program must have completed background checks on all employees/Instructors.

Online Registration: Registration will close 1 week before the program starts. If you are late to register, please email: [email protected]. If the vendor allows and there is room, we will get you in the class.

Cancellations/Refunds: There will be no refunds offered after the 1st week of programs. All other cancellations will have a 15% cancellation fee.

Prorating: If you want to join, after the first class, we will pro- rate the cost if there is still space available in the class.

Classroom Behavior: The PTO/A, School Administration, and Overtime Athletics reserve the right to remove your child from a program if they:

1. Do not follow the rules

2. Bullying

3. Disruptive behavior
